Since Tophs (more than likely drug/alcohol related) disappearance has left us without a toon mod, i've decided to promote someone new to the spot.

He is one of the more active contributing members to both the loli and the toon section, not to mention a very polite and well respectable person, please welcome Momogigolo as our new toon mod!

I have no doubt in my mind that he will do an excellent job in the upkeep of that section.

So, go on already, welcome him
